Opening an Account

We can open an account quickly, but the length of time can vary depending on how your business operates and your requirements. It’s important we work together to make sure we can start dispatching your items correctly. There is plenty of flexibility and no contract length is necessary, unless this is what you require. Every customer has a dedicated account manager, but as we seek to build a relationship with you, you’re likely get to know us all.

Working with your Website

We have good relationships with key people in Shopify, Amazon and eBay. As our service is tailored, we can work with your own inventory software or website, and can integrate your own ecommerce store into our software as you prefer.

Packaging your products

You know your product, and we will work with you to agree packaging options. We can work with you to find the most cost-effective process. Because we send out hundreds of differently shaped and weighted items, there are many choices we can offer. It’s your choice whether packaging slips or other information is included within the order. We can present items as appearing to being sent direct from yourselves, or being dispatched from our warehouse.

Postage & Delivery Carriers

We work with a range of carriers, such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL, with collections from main carriers daily. The companies we use depend on various factors such as the weight of the item and the final destination. Each day we send parcels out across the UK, continental Europe, and the Rest of the world, and our software works out the most suitable carrier. We will discuss options with you and can make a recommendation and provide you with costings for each company. However, you can ultimately decide. Our service is tailored for each of our customers and we can also use a postal service that you have a direct account with.

Our Pricing Structure

Our pricing depends on various factors, such as the size and weight of your products and the time to package your items, and material required so we can ship your products securely. We will also need to factor in the space in our warehouse to house your items, and an estimation of the likely volume of orders and your busiest trading seasons. We can quickly provide you with a no obligation quotation.
